Strengthening middle leadership in a complex organisational environment
People managersMulti-session programmeLarge organisation
Context
A population of people managers was navigating growing pressure: new organisational structures, broader coordination responsibilities, and the need to lead operational teams while staying aligned with senior leadership.
Intervention
A structured multi-session programme across three levels: self-awareness, relationship management and the ability to generate impact within the team. Integrated with training sessions, concrete activations and a structured approach to monitoring change over time.
Outcomes
Greater clarity around the managerial role, a shared language among participants, stronger ownership of key levers: communication, accountability, trust and action orientation.
A team with strong professional competencies was showing signs of poor integration: indirect communication, low mutual trust, difficulty addressing relational tensions, a tendency to work in silos.
Intervention
Team coaching with activities designed to surface dysfunctional dynamics and build more effective ways of relating. Focus on trust, communication, constructive challenge and alignment on shared objectives — always anchored in concrete situations the team had lived through.
Outcomes
Improved quality of dialogue, greater willingness to name problems openly, increased shared accountability. Latent tensions reduced; capacity to address operational issues collectively strengthened.
Managers and high-potential professionals at an inflection point: new assignments, greater decision-making exposure, people management responsibilities, the need to move beyond a purely technical mindset and develop a broader leadership posture.
Intervention
Individual coaching focused on role, delegation, energy management, decision quality and relationship with the team. Work oriented not only towards reflection but also towards concrete experimentation between sessions.
Outcomes
Greater clarity in reading the context, sharper prioritisation, ability to hold the role without reverting to control patterns or overload. The shift from reactive leadership to more intentional leadership.

"
Coaching works because not only do we have a great opportunity to look inside ourselves and find the best solutions to our problems — if that process is managed with experience, professionalism and genuine availability, it's a winning combination. With Eleonora I deepened my understanding of emotional intelligence, which was extremely useful for identifying areas of improvement and recognising my strengths.
"
She helped me to find my strong and weak skills and motivated me to improve and change my mindset in a new situation. She gave me very valuable insights and asked questions that step by step made me more confident and optimistic. She understands perfectly the situation and the goals. I strongly recommend a coaching path with Eleonora to achieve the next level in your life.
"
I asked Eleonora for help because I felt stuck: I had energy and motivation that I couldn't express. The coaching process helped me regain confidence in my abilities and channel those energies towards goals that genuinely mattered to me.
"
Before starting my coaching journey I didn't have much confidence in myself or belief in my potential. With Eleonora's help I was able to believe in myself more and build genuine self-respect. I would recommend working with Eleonora to anyone who needs that small push to succeed — she will be of great help with her professionalism, kindness and patience.
"
My need came from a difficult situation with colleagues and managers. I noticed a gap between the good results I was achieving and my modest interpersonal relationships. Eleonora helped me understand and apply the concept of "listening". The process made me realise that recognising and managing emotions — one's own and others' — is as critically important as technical skills in a professional context.
"
I'm very glad I gave myself the opportunity to work with Eleonora. In a short time the results exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by her level of commitment and professionalism, combined with a remarkable capacity for active listening. Her feedback was honest and constructive throughout. Thanks to her support I was able to better understand my value as a professional and as a person, and identify where I needed to improve. I strongly recommend Eleonora to anyone looking for a serious professional with genuine attention to the client's needs.
