My background is in designing leadership development programmes for large public and private organisations — including international projects with companies operating across Europe.

That's where I learned that a leadership programme only works when it starts from the business, not from a theoretical model. I bring that same rigour to individual coaching and the corporate programmes I design.

My three areas of specialisation: multigenerational team management (five generations, five completely different relationships with work), wellbeing in professional contexts — with particular attention to managers' new responsibilities around their team's mental health — and building genuinely inclusive cultures that go beyond policy statements.

I also bring a non-conventional perspective on cognitive differences and neurodiversity in professional settings: not as a label, but as a lens for reading people, relationships and organisations more accurately. A perspective I carry discreetly into every engagement.

The path

Where this work
comes from

Getting to where I am today involved making some uncomfortable choices, learning from mistakes, and a great deal of course-correcting along the way.

I've experienced first-hand what it means to be a high performer and feel completely alone in the position you've reached. Running at your own speed, wanting to find peace with yourself — and not understanding why you can't quite get there.

I've come to understand that leaders who produce lasting results aren't the ones who know the most. They're the ones who have developed the awareness of how their behaviour impacts others — and had the courage to change it.

That direct experience is where my work comes from. Not from theory — but from knowing what it actually feels like when the role weighs heavily, relationships become complicated, and the answers don't come.

How I work

Method
first

Whether it's a 1:1 session or a programme for two hundred managers, four principles never change.

  • 01

    Measurable objectives

Every engagement starts with a precise framing. We define together what "successful" looks like — so at the halfway point we know where we stand, and at the end we know whether it worked.

  • 02

    Method, not improvisation

Validated techniques — ICF coaching model, Six Seconds for emotional intelligence, structured experiential approaches — applied with rigour. Not "whatever feels right in the moment".

  • 03

    Always bespoke

No off-the-shelf packages. Every proposal is built from listening to the specific context: sector, team maturity, business objective, organisational culture.

  • 04

    Discretion and confidentiality

What is said in a session stays in the session. HR receives progress updates and aggregated insights — never personal content.
