Where this work
comes from
Getting to where I am today involved making some uncomfortable choices, learning from mistakes, and a great deal of course-correcting along the way.
I've experienced first-hand what it means to be a high performer and feel completely alone in the position you've reached. Running at your own speed, wanting to find peace with yourself — and not understanding why you can't quite get there.
I've come to understand that leaders who produce lasting results aren't the ones who know the most. They're the ones who have developed the awareness of how their behaviour impacts others — and had the courage to change it.
That direct experience is where my work comes from. Not from theory — but from knowing what it actually feels like when the role weighs heavily, relationships become complicated, and the answers don't come.
