2. Data collected and purposes
Through the contact form on the website, the following personal data are collected:
Data provided voluntarily by the user: first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), company or role (optional), message text.
Purpose of processing: to respond to contact and information requests, and to assess the possibility of a professional engagement. Data are not used for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
Legal basis: the data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the controller's legitimate interest in responding to received requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Analytics/statistical data: with the user's consent, the site may use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregate statistics on page usage, for analysis and improvement of content. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after analytics consent.
Analytics legal basis: the data subject's consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time through cookie preferences.
3. Processing methods and retention
Data are processed electronically. Data submitted through the contact form are retained for the time necessary to handle the request and, unless a professional relationship starts or legal obligations apply, for an indicative maximum period of 12 months. Where a professional relationship begins, data may be retained for the duration of that relationship and for subsequent legal obligations.
Data collected through the contact form are sent directly to the email address published on the site via the server's delivery system, without the use of third-party form management services.
4. Data sharing
Personal data are not sold, transferred or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. They may be shared exclusively with technical service providers necessary for the operation of the site (e.g. hosting provider), bound by confidentiality and data processing agreements.
For analytics, with consent, technical data may be processed by Google Ireland Limited/Google LLC under the Google Analytics 4 service terms. Google Ads, remarketing, Google Signals and advertising personalization are not enabled.
5. Responsible use of Artificial Intelligence tools
Artificial Intelligence tools may be used in professional activities to support research, design, organisation and review of materials. Content produced with such support is verified and contextualised before use; professional judgement and final responsibility always remain human.
These tools are not used to make autonomous decisions or assessments about individuals. Personal information, coaching session content and confidential client data are not used with Artificial Intelligence tools in directly identifiable form unless this is necessary and appropriate. When the use of AI serves a professional purpose, information is limited to what is strictly necessary and, where possible, anonymised or de-identified in advance, with appropriate measures adopted to protect its confidentiality.
6. Data subject rights
Under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data · obtain rectification or erasure · request restriction of processing · object to processing · request data portability · withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
